For this game I am responsible for much of the art pipeline, including training up illustrators to match our target style, coming up with a tile system to populate maps with, some of the worldbuilding and character design as well as the initial concept of a side scrolling pokemon meets PVZ adventure game. I am responsible for most of the level implementation, converting concept art of the bosses into vector animated characters and taking drawn maps from our designer and finished tiles from our lead artist and using them to create the levels you end up seeing in the game. Each biome had a number of platforms, doodads and portals to choose from in order to give things a bit of spice. I also working in a dialogue system to link up JSONs to the game, recent unity updates seem to have undone this post my leaving the project however. Unfortunately we never totally finished this game but what is out there is fun.
