The Burnt God

Like everyone it seems, I have a personal RPG IP! This is an experimental piece done of one of that universe's gods, a good dude whose domain includes fire and death but in a culling the herd/cauterization kinda way more than a destruction and war kinda way. Ive drawn this character in a ton of styles but something about the idea of painting a god as any other character felt wrong..sooooo I whipped out a wooden canvas and a blow torch and did the 'drawing' with fire, and then painted over that. I'm going for that "I saw something I cant comprehend, and this is the best I can do" feeling. The texture of the burnt and crumbled wood ended up being what I was looking for, someday I'll attempt a 3d version but for now im happy with this.
